Many people are not good at exercise, but want to move their bodies for health ! and many people may be worried about this.
In this issue, we will introduce Q & A about studios.
◇Q : Do I have to wear leggings? ?
→ You can wear any comfortable clothes, T-shirts, jerseys ・ spats, etc. !
No need to wear shoes.
No need to wear slippers.
◇Q : Do I need to purchase a mat or other equipment to participate ?
→ Mats are free to borrow. Please bring a towel and water.
(Water is also available at the studio. )
◇Q : I am not sure if I can keep up with the group lessons.
→ Since we have a small number of students, we provide instruction that suits each individual in the group. You don't have to force yourself to interact with the people around you.
You can participate in group lessons at your own pace.
◇Q : Do I have to join? ?
→ We offer trial lessons so you can participate in lessons without joining.
