Pablo ・ Galibai Classical Guitar Concert

Pablo ・ Galibay is one of the leading guitarists in Mexico today.
After studying with Juan ・ Carlos ・ Laguna at the National Conservatory of Music in ・ Mexico City,
he studied with Thomas ・ Muller ・ Pering at the Liszt Academy of Music in Weimar, Germany.
In 2002, he was honored in Mexico as the most outstanding young musician of the year.
Since then, he has been invited to perform as a soloist with orchestras not only in Mexico, but also throughout the United States and Europe, where he has had a brilliant career.
These include the South African premiere of Manuel ・ Ponce's guitar concerto "Concerto de la Nación".
Also, Eberto ・ Vázquez's performance of his guitar concerto "The Tree of Life" was particularly popular and is still performed over and over again.
He has also released a CD on Naxos. He is currently a professor at the UNAM College of Music in Mexico.
