[How to participate]
① Access the Chiba Uchibo Drive Map and register to participate by clicking the "Join Stamp Rally" button in the map
Visit stamp rally spots and get stamps by reading GPS or 2D code
③ After collecting stamps, enter necessary information and apply for a present
