Let's move your body with "Relaxing Stretch ＆ Yoga" ～ Culture Kimitsu

Culture Kimitsu is now accepting students for the "Relaxed Stretch ＆ Yoga" course. Let's have a fun and easy lesson together.

"Stretch ＆ Yoga" is a lesson to tone your body and mind. It helps to improve energy circulation by relaxing the whole body comfortably and regulating breathing.

Stretching ・ Muscle Training ・ Meridian Yoga ・ Yoga Nidra ・ Chair Yoga, etc., are taught according to each student's current condition.

First, let's start with a trial lesson to move your body and "self-check ！" your exercise routine to prepare for the hot summer months.

"We will work on and heal your body and mind so that you can love and care for yourself. We will also enjoy stretching ・ and muscle training, which will lead to anti-aging. We look forward to having yoga with you in class."

May Due to the GW overlap, the next meeting will be held on May 31 （ Fri ）
（ *Reservations are required. Please make a reservation by 17:00 the day before. Please inquire in advance as it may not be held ）

■ Experience fee ： 1,100 yen （ Only one experience per person ）

■ Things to bring ： Comfortable clothes, towel, yoga mat if available
