We have lessons twice a month at Minamisou Bunka Hall practice room.
*Only one lesson will be held in September.

Conditioning is a physical exercise.
After the body has been habituated and put back into the correct position,
training is done to prevent distortion.
You will be amazed at how your body changes !
It is not a tough or strenuous workout !

The first half is to relax and remove tension The first half of the session is to relax and remove tension from the body.
In the second half, we will re-educate your under-used muscles ! and do weight training !
You will experience "body alignment" !
Your posture will improve and your body will feel lighter ~.
You will feel better and refreshed !

Yoga mat, 1 bath towel, 1 face towel, drink 1 yoga mat, 1 face towel, drink
* If you do not have a yoga mat, please bring 2 bath towels.
* Indoor shoes are not required. Lessons are taught barefoot.
