Visitors will experience bread making from dough making to baking in the kiln.

Please bring a bag for baking. The amount of water and fermentation time depends on the temperature and humidity.
We will explain the basic kneading and fermentation methods in an easy-to-understand manner, so even beginners can participate
without hesitation.
While waiting for the dough to ferment, we will also make soup and enjoy a homemade
lunch of freshly baked bread and soup.
