We have lessons twice a month at the Kanada Community Center.

January 22 ( Wed ) 13 : 20 ~ 14 : 40 ( 2nd floor conference room 1 )
* 4th Wed only once a month Lesson.
Conditioning is an exercise to prepare the body.
We will take your body's habits and put it back into the correct position, then
we will train you to avoid distortion.
You will be amazed at how your body changes !
It is not a strenuous or strenuous workout !

* If you do not have a yoga mat, please bring 2 bath towels.
* Indoor shoes are not required. We will teach barefoot.
