It's the perfect season to start exercising as the temperature becomes more comfortable. ！

Active Yoga Club is a chair yoga circle for seniors over 60 years old.
Chair yoga is a form of yoga using a chair, which can be easily practiced by people who are stiff, elderly, or lacking in confidence in their physical strength.

Since our instructors have completed the course of the Japan Senior Yoga Association,
they can safely guide seniors with their mind and body ！

We regularly hold fun chair yoga classes with everyone ♪
