You can apply for a My Number Card at Ario Ichihara, Unimo Chiharadai, and Ito-Yokado Anesaki.
We also accept just a consultation. Please use this service together with shopping, etc.

Those who are registered residents in Ichihara City and are applying for their first My Number Card

▼ What to bring
You do not need to bring anything on the day of application.
*However, when you receive your card, please come to the Citizen's Division of the City Hall （ Main Office ） with your personal identification documents, etc.
*Your face photo will be taken on site free of charge.
