Tai Chi ・ Qigong Class and Beginner's Table Tennis Class will be held at Kisarazu Civic Gymnasium. Tai Chi ・ Let's bring out the energy of your body and mind through Qigong ！ ！ Table Tennis is taught by an instructor from the Kisarazu Table Tennis Federation according to your individual level. Beginners ・ Those who lack exercise and want to improve their level are welcome ！ ！ Have fun playing table tennis ♪
