阿字観とは弘法大師空海さまが私たちにも出来る修行として説かれた、心を磨き高めていくための真言宗の瞑想・座禅です。
自らの心を振り返り、心の掃除・リフレッシュになり、終えた後はとても清々しく感じられます。
○座ることが厳しい方は椅子での実践も出来ます
○毎月最終金曜日10時より行います
（寺行事により変動あり）
○参加燈明料は５００円です
○予約制とさせて頂きます
終了後、お時間のある方でお茶会をしましょう🍵
