"Fluffy" bread made by adhering to the golden ratio of moisture content, fermentation, baking method, ripening time, etc. Handmade and served after ordering. In addition to our regular menu items such as egg salad, we also offer a limited time menu.
Ingredients added to the fluffy cobbler bread are also carefully selected for their particular taste. vegetables used at PanNe are mainly freshly grown in-house and are seasonal. Furthermore, we use loin hams and sausages from Hayashi SPF, an SPF pig farmer in Chiba Prefecture for over 40 years.
