We have lessons twice a month at the Kanada Community Center.

We will inform you when you make a reservation.
Conditioning is an exercise to improve your body.
We will take out your body's habits and put you back in the correct position, then
we will train you to avoid distortion.
The exercises are not too strenuous or strenuous.

* Indoor shoes are not required. We will teach barefoot.
