油揚げを開いて、その上にひき肉と刻み葱とコーンを混ぜ合わせたものをのせてクルクル巻いて電子レンジでチン！
簡単でヘルシーで、カットすると見栄えも良いオカズの出来上がりです。

冷凍食品なら、コストコの“若鳥の唐揚げ”がお勧めです。
電子レンジではなく、トースターで温めた方がサクッとして美味しいですよ。

牛丼、親子丼、うな丼は簡単です。
ご飯と具を別々にした方がいいです。

木更津駅東口にあるTHEcoffeeんが美味しいですよ。
ちなみにそのお店のちょうど反対側のビルにびびなびの看板がありました！
