マントラワークショップと食べるヨガ
サンスクリットマントラの意味や唱え方、ビーズ(ジャパマーラー)を使ってマントラを唱える瞑想法など、基礎的なことを学び実践するワークショップです。。
マントラを生バンドに合わせて歌うキールタンも、先に歌ってくれる人がいて、それを真似して歌うので迷わず歌えます。
ワークショップのあとは『食べるヨガ』といわれる菜食のお食事、美味しいプラサーダムお腹いっぱい召し上がれ。
