Let's purify our body and mind and welcome the New Year with a fresh mind ♪
・ There will be a break during the session.
・ You can participate as much as you can. ！

In order to avoid the three-cornered congestion, we will take the following measures against the new coronavirus.
① Closely closed → Windows open in the hall
② Closely closed → Maximum capacity reduced to less than half
③ Close conversation → No private conversation in the hall without mask
④ Strict cough etiquette → Towel when coughing or sneezing • Handkerchief • Use sleeves to hold your mouth and nose
Reception • Enter the hall at 9:45 ～ 9:55.

① Those who have attended one of the advance practice sessions 11/9, 11/23, 12/7, or 12/21.
（ 800 yen for the practice session fee ）
② If you have any current or past health problems, please make sure to get medical advice • and permission before participating.
③ If you have a chronic illness or pain, please participate in lessons at your own risk and discretion.
